Shipping

Delivery on all mainland UK orders will be shipped using tracked courier services. We aim to process and despatch all UK orders within 1-2 business days of receipt (this does not include weekends and public holidays). Your goods will usually be delivered within 2-3 business days of despatch. Please note our offices are open Monday-Saturday and our couriers only collect and deliver on those days.

European mainland & international parcels are sent via International Tracked Courier. Shipping costs will be updated at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.

Returns Policy

Exchanges or refunds are available on any purchases of FULL price items providing your items are returned to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt. Items sent back after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange and there will be a charge for returning the goods to sender.

Returned items that have been subject to free shipping and are being returned for a monetary refund will have our non subsidised delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.

We aim to process all returns within 30 business days of receipt. Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. All costs incurred from a returned item are the responsibility of the returnee.
