Returns Policy

Exchanges or refunds are available on any purchases of FULL price items providing your items are returned to us in the original unopened condition within 14 days of receipt. Items sent back after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange and there will be a charge for returning the goods to sender.

Returned items that have been subject to free shipping and are being returned for a monetary refund will have our non subsidised delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.

We aim to process all returns within 30 business days of receipt. Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. All costs incurred from a returned item are the responsibility of the returnee.
